Please read these terms and conditions carefully; by browsing our website and placing an order with hellolittleone.co.uk you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you disagree with these terms and conditions please do not continue your use of our website.
We may change or revise these terms and conditions at any time. These changes will come into immediate effect from the time and date they are posted on the website.

Product Details
The description of individual products/goods provided by hello little one will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order.
Illustrations and artwork of our designs displayed on our website are only a guideline of the end result. As the product is personalised and produced to order some small changes may be required to accommodate the personalisation of your chosen product.

Printed product colours may differ slightly to those displayed on your screen due to screen calibration and no two screens displaying the same colour output. Hello little one reserves the right to use alternative photographic paper/card/canvas products in the production of our goods, to those stated on our website. This is to enable continuity of our service and products and to enable us to continually offer the best materials available.

Pricing Policy
The price of products supplied by Hello Little One are displayed on our Prices page and will also be displayed during purchase. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate at the time you place an order. If an error is found we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel we will refund any sum paid by you in relation to the order in question.  Hello Little One reserves the right to amend it’s prices without notice and this change would be effective from when it is posted on the website.

Payment
Payment of goods, services and delivery can be made by the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard, UK/International Maestro, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Electron, Solo. Your order will not be processed until all funds are cleared in full. 

Ordering and Proofing
Subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions you may place an order with hello little one.

For certain personalised products it is necessary for you to upload a photograph; for technical help and guidance regarding this please see our photo tips and FAQ pages. It is your responsibility to supply us with a photo of a good enough quality for print reproduction. Products cannot be returned if the quality of your supplied image once printed is not deemed suitable.
You are not permitted to upload any photo or image that infringes on the rights of any third party or one that is considered to be offensive or unfit for the purpose that the product is intended.

At the time of ordering you must check all the details you have submitted.  We will, where possible ensure that all text submitted is checked for errors and that uploaded photos are cropped and edited to best suit the product that has been chosen.

For all products purchased you will receive a confirmation email.  For the following products: Birth Announcement Cards, Baby Thank You Cards, Birthday Invitations, Thank You Cards, Christening Cards, Christmas Cards and Birth Announcement Prints you will receive a proof via email, usually within 48hrs of purchase.

It is the responsibility of you, the customer to check this proof and to ensure all text and images are to your satisfaction.

We require confirmation by return email of approval or any changes required before we can proceed with printing your cards.  Alterations and corrections are included in the original price to a maximum of two reworks to include text corrections, text layout and image cropping.  If further changes are required after the included two reworks then an hourly rate maybe incurred.  Changes/alterations to the original artwork/illustration (colour palette, artwork size, repositioning etc) is not permitted unless this is agreed with us before purchase and will incur an additional hourly rate.

Once you have approved your card further amendments are not possible.    

Intellectual Property
All copyright of the material contained and displayed on this website, including any trademarks or brands belong to hello little one.  Reproduction of this website or its contents is strictly prohibited.

You retain all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in those images you have uploaded to our website or have emailed to us, providing you already own such rights.

Data Protection
Hello little one respects the privacy of anyone using this website and adheres to the data protection act.  Personal data supplied to us through our website will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Please read this carefully before using our website.  By providing us with your personal data you are consenting to its usage in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies
Cookies are small amounts of information relating to our website that we may store on your computer. The use of cookies will make future visits to our site quicker and easier for you and enable us to personalise the content of the site for you.  They also allow us to monitor website use.  You can change the preferences of your browser to alert you when it’s receiving cookies or prevent it from receiving cookies, although this is not advised. 

Delivery
Hello little one will endeavour to deliver your goods to the address submitted whilst placing your order within three working days of either approving the proof sent to you (please see ‘Ordering and Proofing’ above for proof related products) or from the date of purchase. However, please allow seven days for your goods to arrive before contacting us. We reserve the right to allow twenty-eight days for delivery from when the order was first received, before issuing a refund.

Cancellation
Hello little one is committed to offering outstanding customer service and ensuring total customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of our products refunds are not possible once your order has been approved unless your goods are damaged or faulty or do not confirm to your approved proof.
Please contact us and return your goods within thirty days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Website
Hello little one reserves the right to change or alter the content and format of our website, including any products or services offered by us, at any time.
We may terminate or suspend the operation of our website for maintenance or updating content or any other reason at any time and without notice.
We will keep on file your ordered design for approximately thirty days for the purpose of customer reorders and replacements.
