|What are the minimum/maximum order for cards?|
|All card orders are subject to a minimum order quantity of 20 and are sold thereafter in increments of 12.
Currently you may order up to 68 cards through our website, if you require more than this amount then please contact us.
|What format and size should my photo be?|
|Preferably your photo should be in jpeg format, no smaller than 1mb and no larger than 3mb.

|How do I proof my cards or prints?|
|Within 48 hours of placing your order you will receive a proof via email. It is then your responsibility to
check this proof and to ensure all text and images are to your satisfaction.
We then require confirmation by return email of approval or any changes required before we can proceed with printing.
|Can I change the text or photo on my cards once I’ve paid?|
|Yes, you can do this at the proofing stage which is explained above.|
|Do you supply envelopes with your cards?|
|Yes, all cards are supplied with a high quality plain white envelope.
Christmas cards are supplied with a red envelope.
|Can I cancel my order once I’ve paid?|
|Yes, orders can be cancelled and a full refund given at any point before your proof has being approved.
Once you have approved your proof cancellation is not possible.
|Are my credit/debit card details secure?|
|We do not store your credit/debit card details, all online transactions are dealt with by Sage Pay, through their ultra-secure connections direct with the banks themselves. Sage Pay use the most secure encryption technology available to ensure that your personal details and credit card information remain safe at all times.|
|How much does delivery cost?|
|Delivery for all products is free of charge.|
|When will my order be with me?|
|We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days of you approving your proof.
For personalised prints we aim to deliver within 3 working days from when you place your order as a proof confirmation is not required.
If you have not received your order within 7 days then please contact us.
|What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?|
|As mentioned above in ‘Can I cancel my order once I’ve paid’ you can change, alter or cancel your
order up to the point of your proof being approved.
Due to the fact that all orders are different and personalised for each individual customer and cannot be resold, returns after approval are unfortunately not accepted.
